Perejal, crec que INVEST no és un nom sino que es l'abreviatura de INVESTIGATE:

Despite the "L", Invest 99 is not under the jurisdiction of the National Hurricane Center, as the location of the Invest is not in the range of our ATCF software. The request for an Invest came from the U.S. Navy, which went to the Satellite Analysis Branch for a classification. An Invest simply means that more information on a particular weather system is being requested, and in no way implies there is any threat of tropical cyclone development...which does not occur in the Mediterranean Sea. For more information, I would recommend your contacting the NRL at 831-656-4833.

Si, efectivament, totes les àrees susceptibles de desenvolupar una depressió tropical les anomenen "INVEST", que ve a ser "àrea a investigar"

Al decurs de la temporada d'huracans és habitual que als mapes de seguiment tropical apareguin moltes "INVEST" (ara mateix a la zona del "triangle de les Bermudes"  hi ha l'INVEST 98L amb un 60% de possibilitats de que evolucioni a més*) algunes es desenvolupen, altres no. Fins enguany no havien inclòs la Mediterrània dins l'àmbit on s'investigaven aquests tipus de fenòmens, i ja tenim el primer "oficial"

Perquè, quan expliques aquests fenòmens sa gent només es queda amb Medicà = huracà??? I llavors la lien!! No escolten i es queden amb la part "sensacionalista"

Tenc un dubte!.

Una vegada considerat como una "tormenta tropical" per la NOAA podem xerrar oficialment d'un Medicane, no?.

Un Medicane vendria a ser un sistema amb "característiques tropicals" (nucli càlid, simetria, ull, etc)?.

Per tant, N'Aïna en determinats moments ha estat un Medicane, no?.
